Horatio Alger | Jack Canfield Reincarnation-Past Life Case, Walter Semkiw, MD Article In a session with Kevin Ryerson, when I asked for a past lifetime for Jack Canfield, co-creator of the best-selling Chicken Soup for the Soul series, Ahtun Re told me that in a past lifetime, Jack was Horatio Alger, who was also a best-selling author whose early works focused on inspirational stories of young people overcoming adversity.

If this reincarnation case is accepted, it demonstrates the following features:

Principles of Reincarnation & Understanding Past Lives

Physical Resemblance from One Lifetime to Another: A resemblance in facial bone structure between Horatio Alger and Jack Canfield is noted.

Innate Talent: Canfield expressed the same talent as Alger in writing inspirational stories involving overcoming hardship and he also replicated the success of Alger.

Affinity Case: Though this statement must be corroborated, a mutual friend told me that Horatio Alger has been a hero to Jack Canfield.
